The mission of our company is to provide comprehensive metal fabricating capabilities from design to completion. Through this process we strive for excellence in quality and on time delivery. Working closely with our customers on all aspects of the production process continuously striving for better efficiencies and quality. This mission provides the basis for Quality System and ISO implementation.
Fowler Metal Industries Ltd. was etablished in 1972. The company has evolved through the years and continues to maintain competative advantages in the industry by aquiring new technologies as they develop.
Through the 1970's and 80's the company had substancial growth adding customers such as Shepperd gas barbeques, Heil garbage compactors, Westinghouse airport runway lighting, and Zamboni ice resurfacing equipment. Today Zamboni remains a major portion of the Canweld Products division production base.
The 1990's brought the production capabilities of sheet metal fabrication forward with light speed. The addition of CNC turret punching and then Lasers allowed us to produce wide arrays of products with high speed and accuracy. In 1997 a new facility was built and has since had 3 additions to a total of 42000 sq feet. Construction will start in the early spring of 2004 adding another 25000sq foot facility to be built on the adjacent property to 1 Albert Judge Drive. This new facility will house Canweld Metal Products.
